Where do you ship?

We ship (nearly) anywhere in the world. Once you reach checkout you'll be able to see if we ship to your country, or feel free to contact me and i'll let you know

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.

Who will deliver my parcel?

For most orders, especially those containing larger prints, we organise courier delivery to your door. Please ensure you include delivery instructions for your parcel in the event that you are not home, as our couriers won't leave parcels unattended unless you have provided approval to do so.

How long does delivery take?

From the moment you click 'order' it usually takes about 7-10 business days for delivery, depending on exactly where you live. Overseas delivery may take little longer

What if my print is damaged in transit?

Although our prints are carefully packaged for shipping, we also fully insure them during the shipping process.

If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at hello@bavz.art

If your parcel is left unattended with damage to the packaging, please advise us within 24 hours. Please include photos of the damage to the box and the print as attachments to your email, so we can organise a replacement immediately.
